Technical Client Services Lead (Pre & Post sales)

Our client is the online and mobile video platform for live and on-demand content. Leading brands and media using our client’s platform to engage with audiences and monetize their brand.
Our client is looking for a qualified client services professional to lead their east coast client engagement activities, providing technical pre-sales support and management of client integration. They are looking for a seasoned pro with proven technical expertise that preferably also has media industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of customer’s integration from requirement gathering to release
• Ability to manage customer expectations and guide the integration to successful completion
• Ability to translate customer requirements into platform needs and communicate with Product Management
• Working closely with Engineering, QA, product management and external partner teams to meet project goals
• Working with customers on day-to-day issues during implementation and after release
• Configuring the platform and coding specific integrations based on customer needs
• Providing technical expertise, creating demos and proof-of-concept solutions during the pre-sales process
• Ability to sell the technical value proposition of the platform
• Create and manage SOWs
• Ensuring account success e.g. from a user experience, monetization perspective
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• BS/BA 4 year University
• Experience with Java, PhP, HTML and Javascript
• Thorough understanding of SaaS-based architectures and web services APIs
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Professionalism and technical acumen
• Aptitude for managing and following detailed procedures
• Thorough understanding and aptitude for web, interactive and media technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage and accurately prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, teams, customers and prospects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to pragmatically evaluate commercial/technical concerns and customer needs
• Experience with providing technical pre-sales support and Confluence
• Relevant software and media industry experience
