OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading provider of a SaaS based social listening, analytics and insights. Their unique platform is leveraged by many large CPG, Retail Pharmaceutical and Interactive and PR Agencies with applications ranging from brand health monitoring to campaign analysis to crisis management. They are looking for senior SaaS reps with significant enterprise sales experience to target named Fortune 1000 accounts in the South East Region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, research & develop new client relationships with named Fortune 2,000 companies
· Opportunity assessment – evaluate the expectation of closure of all business opportunities (client business needs)
· Lead opportunity development, including development of proposals
· Lead generation
· Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
· Sells the complete offering of company products and services
· Manages new customers’ implementation by directing company implementation resources and by managing customers’ expectations and satisfaction with the implementation process
· Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to the Senior Account Manager following a successful implementation
· Assist other sales and services resources when called upon by the VP, Sales
· Weekly reporting of activities via CRM
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
· Achieves assigned sales quota
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
· Reports to the VP, Sales
· Enlists the support of Sales Operations, Professional Services & Service & Implementation teams, and other sales and management resources as needed
· Transitions new accounts to the Professional Services and Service & Implementation teams
· Works with Professional Services and Service & Implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service resolution objectives are met
QUALIFICATIONS
·Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
· Minimum six years of outside sales experience in a business-to business sales environment
· Prior track record of achievement in the Account Executive position.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
