As the first hire in the customer service dept. the Customer Care Specialist will play a huge part in shaping the ethos and sensibility of an innovative customer support team. You will need to have a strong understanding of the product and the technology behind it.

Responsibilities

  • Source and implement systems and tools to support first NYC customers
  • Resolve customer calls and emails related to viewing/ recording live and time-shifted TV shows and IP devices
  • Identify, investigage and resolove accont-specific issues related to TV viewing
  • Process custoerm orders by phone
  • Communicate issues to engineering team for quick resolution

Desired skills

  • 3 years experience preferably in high volume B2c Call center
  • Familiarity with customer service software (Right Now, Zen Desk) and workflow
  • Bachelors degree
  • Familiarity with IP devices strongly desired
  • Creative Problem Solver
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a fast-growing team
