<p>This content will be published globally, and will be attractive to advertisers both at a national and regional level.<strong> </strong>Our Client provides the tools needed for content owners and publishers to create, manage and distribute their online video efficiently, and to monetize it through licensing, sponsorship and media sales.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Background to the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to support the our client’s advanced video  team in winning and delivering industry leading solutions to strategic accounts. The key focus of this role is to manage the entire lifecycle of solution deployment: from presales technical scoping to post sale operational deployment. The activities that this encompasses include requirements capture, project management, critical thinking, supplier management, documentation and stakeholder management.</p>
<p>This role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a new and dynamic team in an industry disrupting startup. This team will be instrumental in laying a foundation of success for our Client, driving new revenue streams from new client segments while demonstrating to the industry our ability to revolutionize the business of online video.</p>
<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive solution management experience, including demonstrable experience of delivering large scale online video projects.</li>
<li>Excellence in project management including proven skills in documentation, leadership and troubleshooting,.</li>
<li>Be a proven team player with the ability to also work autonomously demonstrating self- starter skills</li>
<li>Ability to quickly grasp a clear understanding the client’s needs and translate them to a set of solution deliverables and requirements.</li>
<li>Strong technical understanding of online video, its application and deployment across business.</li>
<li>Excellent internal and external communication skills including: running workshops, building customer rapport,</li>
<li>Passion to deliver excellence and superior customer experience.</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful solution deployments.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to use key project management documentation tools and methodologies</li>
<li>Be a dynamic individual capable of working in an energetic and fast growth environment.</li>
<li>Be articulate and able express their ideas and views clearly to senior management and customers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of the content lifecycle chain: Development, Financing, Media Sales, Syndication, Distribution, Reporting and Settlement</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the complex solution sales lifecycle.</li>

They have over a decade of experience and count marquis firms like BSkyB, News Corp, Philips and Universal Music Group as clients.</p>
<p>They are actively seeking a true sales “hunter” to drive new business with major media firms. This position will report into the Worldwide VP of Sales who will be relocating to New York in the coming months.</p>
<p>You will have the opportunity the work very closely with the CEO &amp; VP of Worldwide Sales and be an integral part of the sales organization and the company’s overall growth. Our Client is seeking a proven SaaS sales executive that is energetic, entrepreneurial, effective, and most important strategic in nature. The Account Executives will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating a specific quarterly and annual revenue quota.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Required Qualifications: </span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years proven sales experience in SaaS sales or      services.</li>
<li>Experience selling high end solutions into major media,      entertainment and sports companies</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Knowledge of online payment solutions considered a plus      but more emphasis will be placed on knowledge of the verticals identified      above</span>.</li>

<p><strong>Purpose of Role</strong>:</p>
<p>To drive organic and paid search traffic to the video content of our client’s publishers both on their site and off-site on 3<sup>rd</sup> party sites including on their youtube channels.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Our Client is looking for a hands-on search guru who can marry both the roles of SEO and SEM manager for video content for our Clients both efficiently and cost effectively. Here are the specific tasks that will be required for each “hat”</p>
<p>SEO<br />
• Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic listings for all the company websites (On-page Optimization)<br />
• Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and leads<br />
• Perform link building strategies.<br />
• Reporting of campaigns in a weekly report basis<br />
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.</p>
<p>PPC Advertising<br />
• Develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies and recommendations.<br />
• Perform daily management of PPC<br />
• Conduct keyword analysis/research and writing effective ad copies.<br />
• Be able to perform website analysis and consultation.<br />
• Reporting of campaigns using Google Adwords<br />
• Reporting of campaigns with in depth analyses on performance of keywords, ad copies, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.<br />

• Degree level education, preferably in IT, Advertising, Business, Marketing or Communications.<br />
