Reporting to and working closely with the Director–Student Affinity Profiles, you will help build the largest student advertising business in the World. You will be a digital sales specialist with proven experience bringing new products and solutions to market.
This is a role for a very dynamic and driven individual with the ambition to make a real mark on a business, with a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape. You will be the face of Student Affinity Profiles in your region. You will build a pipeline across the direct and agency landscape comprised of every brand and company in your region that can benefit from targeting students.

- Extensive experience across the programmatic landscape is essential.
- You will be experienced in digital sales across multiple programmatic platforms. These may be SSPs, DSPs, or DMPs. Experience with Adwords and Facebook Custom Audiences.
- You will be working closely with a campaign management team and know how to effectively upsell clients by defining success measures and ensuring you deliver to these success measures.
- Provide strategic support to the Partner Development team in your region, helping them close deals with existing partners.
- You will be the specialist in your region and the first point of support for all things Student Affinity Profiles.
- You be a confident sales person who thrives under autonomy.
- You will be part of a global team across 3 countries to start with many more to come. Transparent communication will be essential in helping you share and build knowledge with your team.
Desired skills and experience
- 5+ years of programmatic sales experience in a major Global agency, Trading Desk, DSP or SSP.
- Knowledge of the Global programmatic landscape including ad exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs DMPS Agency Trading desks
- Experience selling large scale programmatic campaigns ($250K+) across multiple platforms to Senior stakeholders (CMO Level) across direct brand and agencies
- Experience with Facebook Custom Audiences
- Experience with Google Adwords, GDN, Youtube
- Extensive experience bringing a new digital advertising solution to market, building and closing out a pipeline from the ground up
