Vice President of Sales – Workforce Management for Healthcare (SaaS)

Our Client:

Our client is the number one solution for one of the biggest pains of Home Health Care providers: Understaffing. They bring the on-demand, mobile, location based technology to the Healthcare Enterprise market creating a better work experience and helping Healthcare providers deliver more and better care to patients connecting Nurses and Clinicians to Healthcare providers over a mobile, location based SaaS marketplace.

The Role:

They are looking for a Sales & Customer Success leader, a strong closer that can also manage and grow a sales and customer success team and is looking to join an exciting, growing start up at an early stage.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure enterprise sales agreements with top Home Healthcare providers, Hospitals and Health systems.
  • Build, manage and improve a scalable data driven sales process
  • Develop sales forecast and hit sales targets consistently
  • Hire and build sales and account management teams

 

Requirements:

  • Startup experience – either leading sales in software startup or being part of a startup sales team from early stage to over 10$M year in revenue
  • Exceptional team building and management skills
  • Hands on end to end enterprise sales experience both execution and management from lead development to closing and account management.
  • Experience in selling enterprise software to healthcare providers (preferably Home Healthcare)
  • Positive thinker with high performance standards, great people leadership skills, and ability to create and nurture long term relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • MBA preferred
