Vice President of Sales – eCommerce Acceleration Platform

About the job

Our client is hiring a Vice President of Sales for their B2B martech platform working with Fortune 1000 brand partners to build and lead a team with responsibilities across our client’s entire new revenue team including Sales Directors, Sales Leaders and SDRs spanning across various revenue streams. In this role, you will be an integral part of our client’s customer organization and leadership team, helping to meet their aggressive growth goals both locally and globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s global sales team, including the demand generation (SDRs) and sales (Sales Directors) functions
  • Ensure that the global sales team is driving business growth across all customer segments and profiles
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Work closely with the rest of the leadership team and the CCO to develop GTM strategies including messaging, pitching, pricing and building a best in class process and playbook for scale
  • Work closely with finance and operations to provide the tools and resources needed for team wide success
  • Work closely with enablement on our client’s onboarding and training program for the sales team
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting from which to make overall business decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15+ Years of relevant SaaS sales experience
  • 10+ Years managing quota carrying sellers
  • 5+ Years managing the SDR function as part of your responsibilities
  • 5+ Years of leading leaders
  • Have run large teams with overall annual quotas exceeding $10MM+
