About the Role 

Our client is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to help drive the next chapter in their growing businesses and help lay the foundation for scalable growth. You will have had experience in planning, defining and successfully implementing KPI’s, streamlining sales processes, building and implementing sales and marketing systems to support growth, and capturing and delivering analytics/insights at a company, team, and individual level.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the integration of Salsa.


  • Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders
  • Have experience integrating multiple CRM’s into a single view and platform (Salesforce)
  • Lead resource planning, inc sales technology requirement and integration across the companies product portfolio 
  • Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic technology decision making 
  • Systems ownership and analysis of market leading offerings (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, BI tools and more) 
  • Develop revenue and forecasting models 
  • Measure and analyze sales performance 
  • Build best in class dashboards and reporting tools 
  • Planning and executing systems integrations post acquisition
  • Identify and address cross organizational synergies and redundancies

  • Driven by data – understanding that metrics drive outcomes, and therefore a deep desire to uncover the metrics that drive the biggest impact for our client and their clients 
  • 7+ years work experience in high tech company in a highly analytical role in a fast-paced growth company or 7+ years work experience in planning and execution of systems integration at top tech or consulting firm 
  • Experience at companies between 100-200M in revenue supporting 200+ employees 
  • Proven decision making ability
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities 
  • An analytical / data driven mind and passion for detailed orientated work 
  • Professional use of systems such as excel, PowerPoint, salesforce, BI tools etc. 
  • Strong intuition and a self-starter attitude 
  • High level of intellectual curiosity & initiative
